RE: TS and internet...
This can be done. Instructions are at the Global Cache support site.

What you would need to do is forward the command port (TCP port 4998) of your iTach unit to your router. Once forwarded, your unit will be accessible from the internet. Once you know the public IP address of your router set that up in the Touchsquid app, and it should work from anywhere with an internet connection.

I got the Wifi Failed to connect whenever I try to connect through external network. I have no problem using the previous version.

Is it possible that the devices have lost their settings for the appropriate iTach channels? Or that the Global Cache has been assigned a new IP address?

RE: TS and internet...
This problem only happen when on external network or 3G. I can connect to iTach on my internal network. Also, the buttons on the widget still having the same issue.
